This
band seemed to come out of no where. A few short weeks ago, no one outside
their local following had heard of them, now they are topping the rock
and alternative radio charts and their debut album, The Better Life, has
been certified gold.
It's not hard to understand the success behind Three Doors Down in an age dominated with Rapcore and Boy Bands. Fans are looking for solid rock bands to sink their teeth into and Three Doors Down delivers in a big way!
The albums first single "Kryptonite" has captured the attention of radio programmers across the nation. Propelling the album into the the top 40. More impressive is the the fact that the song has been the number one requested track on rock radio for five weeks straight. It has also found an audience with alternative fans, the single has broken the alternative radio top 10 as well.
Not
bad for a band no one heard of a couple months ago. Look for a review of
the Three Doors Down debut later this month here at antiMUSIC. Until then
go pick up a copy of the album and see what all the excitement is about.
