Kansas To Play Two Landmark Albums At Special Show05-14-2019
Classic prog rock legends Kansas have announced a very special one-off concert at where they will be performing their landmark albums "Leftoverture" and "Point of Know Return" in their entirety. The special show will be taking place on December 14th at The Beacon Theatre in New York City which will bring together their successful recent anniversary tours for both albums. The Point of Know Return tour is ongoing with plans to continue it through next year. Phil Ehart had the following to say about the Beacon Theater show, "Leftoverture and Point of Know Return are Kansas's two biggest albums. "We did more than 80 shows performing the album Leftoverture in its entirety. We are currently performing the album Point of Know Return in its entirety in select cities. So, for one night, we thought it would be exciting for fans to see us perform both albums. "We felt this concert would be a great way to put an exclamation point on 2019, before the Point of Know Return Anniversary Tour resumes at the end of January."
