Morrissey Biopic 'England is Mine' First Trailer Released
. ![]() (Radio.com) A new unauthorized Morrissey biopic entitled 'England is Mine', starting Jack Lowden as the Smiths frontman, is scheduled to hit UK cinemas on August 4th. Produced by Baldwin Li and Orian Williams, heralded for their Ian Curtis film, Control, the film follows Morrissey trying to find himself through the 70s, eventually meeting Johnny Marr. There is no word yet about a U.S. theatrical release date but the first trailer for the film has just been made public by The Guardian. Check out the online stream of the trailer here.
