Singled Out: Country Music Legend Margie Singleton

Country music legend Margie Singleton today shares the story behing her latest song "Jesus Is My Pusher", which follows up her 2016 gospel album "On The Other Side Of Life". Here is the story:

Some of you May be immediately turned off because of my age. I am 82 years young. I have been a country music/gospel music singer all my life. I had hit records back in the 60s. I was the first woman to record a full album with the legend, George Jones in 1959. I had hit records in the 60s. My top 10 record of OLD RECORDS was released in 1963. I have had songs recorded by lots of artist in the country music field. If you go to my page you can look me up. I had hit records with Faron Young and Leon Ashley, as well as singles on my own. I have worked as an entertainer all my life. I released a gospel CD in 2016 called ON THE OTHER SIDE OF LIFE, I wrote 11 of the songs in the album. I hope you will listen to it on YouTube. This song that I have just released calledJESUS IS MY PUSHER I wrote many years ago and had a record on it, but I felt that it was still a viable today and I wrote new last verse for it and gave it a new face and a new arrangement and I hope all of you will like it. I am still doing concerts, still writing and still recording my country and gospel music. I hope all of you will give me a listen and like my new video which will be on cdbaby to be downloaded. Last of all but not least, I am a Christian lady who loves Jesus and I give him all praise for my longevity in life and my music.
