. ![]() (hennemusic) A trial over misdemeanor battery charges facing Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil stemming from an alleged incident in Las Vegas, NV on April 7 that was scheduled to start on Monday (Sep. 19) has been postponed to October 20. Neil is accused of dragging an autograph seeker to the ground by her hair during a lunch with actor Nicolas Cage at the Aria Hotel. News3 Las Vegas reports Neil's attorney, Richard Schonfeld, recently reached an agreement with prosecutors to delay the trial and request a new date. "The reason for the continuance was a witness that had an availability issue," said Schonfeld. He declined to say whether the witness is Cage, who was with Neil on the evening of the alleged incident. Read more here. hennemusic is an official news provider for antiMusic.com. advertisement |
