Brett Eldredge Streams New Duet With Meghan Trainor
. ![]() (Radio.com) Brett Eldredge has released a stream of his new duet with pop singer Meghan Trainor "Baby, It's Cold Outside" . The song comes from Eldredge's new Christmas album Glow. Eldredge has long been a fan of Frank Sinatra, and his version of Frank Loesser's song has a touch of Ol' Blues Eyes about it. Besides the 1950s big band sound that lends the song a classic feel, Eldredge's vocals sound straight out of the male vocalist's heyday. "I recorded those classics in New York City and tried to give a tip of the hat to the ones that came before me -- Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Ray Charles -- by adding that swing and that soul to the best of my ability," he said in a press release.
