The Lumineers Sell Out Iconic Venue In A Single Day
. ![]() The Lumineers are celebrating a career milestone after the tickets for their upcoming February 2nd concert at the iconic Madison Square Garden sold out in a single day. The show is part of the group's very first arena tour and singer Wesley Schultz shared these thoughts about selling out the venue that he grew up seeing his heroes perform at: "I remember going to see the White Stripes and Pearl Jam and Dave Matthews Band and Roger Waters (Pink Floyd) and Bob Dylan - I saw all of them play at the Garden - Madison Square Garden. It's with a mix of excitement and disbelief to say we have sold out our own MSG show in a single day! "It's truly humbling, going from living rooms to arenas... and I just feel grateful to get to do all this, regardless of the size of a show. We have fought to do things our own way and this will be no different - so thank you, the fans and friends, for all of your support - and we will see you out there on the road soon!" The area tour is scheduled to kick off on January 17th in Omaha, NE at the CenturyLink Center and will conclude on March 31st in 31 Edmonton, AB at the Rogers Place. The Lumineers Arena Tour Dates:
