Kodak Black Freed From One Jail To Face Charges In Another

(Radio.com) Kodak Black was released from a Florida jail on Monday (Nov. 28) after serving more than two months on two misdemeanor drug charges. The rapper isn't off the hook just yet though. He was immediately transferred to the custody of South Carolina, where he faces a charge of criminal sexual conduct.The "Skrt" rapper attended an extradition hearing on November 21 where a judge approved of his transfer, reported the Sun-Sentinel. "It does say that he has been turned over to South Carolina via the Florence County Sheriff's Office," St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office spokesman Deputy Bryan Beaty told the paper. Currently, Black is accused of a sexual battery charge that took place at a hotel in Florence, South Carolina on February 6. Read more here.
