Ed Sheeran's Face Gashed By Princess?

(Radio.com) Photos are circulating of British singer and songwriter Ed Sheeran with a cut on his face. And there are reports that the gash was accidentally inflicted by Princess Beatrice, the second female in line to the throne of Queen Elizabeth II.

According to London tabloid, The Sun, the two were hanging out with James Blunt at a party at the Royal Lodge in Windsor earlier this month when Blunt asked Beatrice to "knight" him. The Princess allegedly picked up a ceremonial sword and accidentally slashed Sheeran who was standing behind her.

Following the accident, Sheeran reportedly received stitches. The singer's reps have not confirmed or denied the reports and Sheeran is currently taking a break from social media.

But those Twitter photos confirm something happened to Sheeran's cheek and it doesn't look like a shaving accident. Check out the photos here.
