(Radio.com) Michelle Williams has portrayed iconic actress Marilyn Monroe and now she'll be channeling another legend, but this time from the music industry. Williams has been confirmed to portray Janis Joplin for the upcoming biopic about the young rocker. Speaking with E! News, Williams explained how the nerves have already set in. "I figure there's one good day in the life of an actor, which is when you get the job," she explained. "Before you get the job, you're like, 'Come on! I'm begging. I'm dying for this. I gotta have it! Please, I'll do anything. I promise�Take me! Take me!'" But with every exciting possibility exists the flip side of reality: Can you do the job? Williams continued, "You get the job and you're like, 'I got it! I'm so excited! I can't believe I have this opportunity. I can't believe I'm going to get to do this.'
