Punk Icons Ruin Announce Record Release Show
. ![]() (ES) Philadelphia punk icons Ruin have announced a special intimate record release event celebrating the upcoming reissue of their first two albums by Southern Lord on December 9th. We were sent the following details: The event will be taking place on Saturday December 17th at The Barbary in Philadelphia to mark the reissue of their 1984 album He-Ho and 1986 effort Fiat Lux which have been combined for the new vinyl release. The reissue features 28 songs including bonus tracks in a double LP gatefold deluxe package with original scans of the detailed lyric sheets and inserts, as well as in depth retrospective notes. The ticket price is $30.00 and each ticket holder will receive admittance to the event (doors 7pm) and afterparty (10pm - 2am), a copy of the new LP release He-Ho / Fiat Lux, as well as copy of the DVD, Ruin: Killed Live from Union Transfer.
