The Muppets Cover Outkast's 'Ms. Jackson'
. ![]() (Radio.com) The Muppets have channeled Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, Beastie Boys, Snoop Dogg and more, but a new mash-up video posted on YouTube on May 2 pairs them with Outkast. YouTube user isthishowyougoviral mashes up scenes from The Muppet Show with Outkast's "Ms. Jackson" for a hilarious take on the apologetic song. According to the video's description, Gonzo performs the role of Andre 3000 while Kermit takes on Big Boi's parts. Kermit especially is eerily on point as he raps the track's first verse. "I know I keep saying it, but I think that this was seriously the toughest song choice to date, as this was an absolute nightmare to edit," the video's creator posted. "But I've wanted to show love to the South for a while now, and thought, who better than one the best rap groups of all time?" By slowing down the transition between clips, Kermit and Gonzo are able to hit the song's meter on time for a fun take on the classic "Ms. Jackson." Watch the video here.
