(Radio.com) Carrie Underwood will not stand for trolls on the internet. Recently, Underwood's friend and trainer Erin Oprea was getting in a workout during her son's soccer game when a man took her picture and posted it on the web, saying her actions "screams she wants attention."

Oprea, responded by reposting the post with the caption "don't let others bully you!" That's when Underwood stepped in. "That man obviously has a big problemwith himself," Underwood posted. "I only hope he can learn to like himself someday so he can be an adult and stop bullying others for bettering themselves!"

Oprea considers the man's attitude to be indicative of a large problem, writing on her blog, "This is exactly why many people don't embrace an active lifestyle in ordinary situations: They are worried that they willdraw attention and, even worse, ridicule. Keeping yourself active and healthy in any way you can should be cheered and admired! I would love to see the day when there are more people running laps around the soccer field than there are people just sitting and watching I don't want the choice to be made for them because of bullies."
