Public Enemy Releasing BMX Bike
. ![]() (Radio.com) Public Enemy has teamed with SE Racing to release their own Big Ripper BMX bike. The legendary New York group didn't just choose any bike to adorn their famous logo and color scheme. The Big Ripper holds cult-like status among riders in bike-life movement. The 29 inch Public Enemy Big Ripper bike features Public Enemy logos throughout, an embroidered target logo on the seat, a Public Enemy number plate, a padset featuring the groups' greatest hits, and a custom Public Enemy x SE Bikes sticker sheet. The bike is built around the Big Ripper frame design which features SE's famous floval tubing and looptail rear end. "You couldn't put Chuck D on a 20 inch BMX bike," jokes Todd Lyons, SE's brand manager. "But a 29 inch Big Ripper is perfect and we're the only brand making 29 inch BMX bikes. And, what's crazy is that they called us! They had no idea that I'm a massive fan," says the former X-Gamer. "Ask any of the guys that I used to race with and they'll tell you that I've been rockin' PE stickers on my helmet since the 80s. So, this collaboration is dream come true." Read more here.
