Sammy Hagar Looks Back At 'Horrible Ending' With Van Halen
. ![]() Sammy Hagar looks back at the "horrible ending" to his ill-fated reunion with Van Halen that took place early last decade, in a new interview with Tucson.com. Hagar reunited with the legendary rock group to launch a massive summer tour and record three tracks for a greatest hits album ("It's About Time," "Up for Breakfast," and "Learning to See".) Hagar had the following to say about the bitter end to the reunion tour, "I didn't even take a shower. I didn't even say goodbye to anybody. I got to my airplane. I had a beautiful Mexican feast and a couple margaritas and went home. (And) I just sat there scratching my head; what a horrible ending to a great story." Read the full article here.
