Meek Mill's House Arrest Reportedly Extended
. ![]() (Radio.com) Meek Mill isn't through with his house arrest just yet. The rapper was originally supposed to be released from his lockdown sentence Wednesday (June 1), but sources close to him are reporting that his sentence has been extended an additional eight days, according to TMZ. In addition to remaining under house arrest, Meek needed to perform 90 days of community service and to do so with specific groups. The judge required Meek to volunteer with the homeless, veterans, senior citizens or the organization Habitat for Humanity. Meek did do volunteer work, but it didn't involve the specific groups listed on his case's documentation. He gave motivational speeches, visited schools and, along with many other celebrities, helped out with Flint's water crisis. Read more here.
