Leon Russell In Stable Condition Following Heart Attack
. ![]() Rock icon Leon Russell is reported to be in stable condition after he suffered a heart attack last week and is scheduled to have surgery sometime this week and as a result has postponed his summer tour dates. The Grammy winner and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer is currently undergoing tests ahead of the surgery and is expected to make a full recovery, according to the Oklahoma Historical Society. His team announced on Monday via his official website that he will have surgery this week in Nashville, forcing him to postpone all of his summer tour dates through September 18th.
