Did Drake Spend $1.9 Million For Air Jordans?

(Radio.com) Drake recently took to social media to show off a very impressive pair of shoes. The Toronto rapper shared photos of solid gold Air Jordan sneakers, in the captions Drizzy claims the gold is 24k and that the kicks weigh 100 pounds. All via hashtag, of course.

The folks over at GQ did the math using the weight Drake provided and current price of gold, and if their calculations are correct Drake shoes are worth around $1.9 million.

That's just the gold, who knows what it cost to have the footwear created. As he says in another hashtag, "these are not to wear." Check out Drizzy's golden Jordans here.
