Kip Moore Opens Up About Depression
. ![]() (Radio.com) Kip Moore has had great success with "I'm to Blame" and "Running for You" from his latest album Wild Ones. But when he was making the record he was battling a severe bout of depression. 'I've said it during shows, that I literally had a hard fight with depression while making this record," he said in a new interview with ET Canada. "It was a tough time in my life. There were a lot of days when it was hard for me to get out of bed. I can't quite explain it to people who don't go through it. It's something I'm just now crawling out of." Last week, Moore was in the news for busting a texter at one of his shows. As applause-worthy as the move seemed at the time, he country singer shrugged off the stream of reports about the incident.
