Lady Gaga Performs David Bowie Tribute At Grammys
. The pop star delivered an extensive medley of Bowie classics that included snippets of "Space Oddity," "Changes," "Ziggy Stardust," "Suffragette City," "Rebel, Rebel," "Fashion," "Fame," "Let's Dance," and "Heroes," with a quick reference to the Bowie/Queen hit "Under Pressure." Gaga was joined by a backing band led by guitarist Nile Rodgers of Chic fame, who co-produced Bowie's 1983 album "Let's Dance." Gaga's outfits paid homage to Bowie's fashion styles, with images and outfits particularly reflecting the Ziggy Stardust and Thin White Duke eras. Bowie passed away from cancer on January 10, just two days after his 69th birthday and the release of his final record "Blackstar."
