Coldplay's A Head Full Of Dreams Goes Platinum
. ![]() (Atlantic) Coldplay celebrated their first anniversary of the release their latest studio album "A Head Full Of Dreams" with news that the effort has been certified Platinum by the RIAA for sales of 1 million copies in the U.S. We were sent the following additional information: Now all seven of the band's studio albums have attained Platinum status (or above) in the U.S. A Head Full Of Dreams has sold more than five million copies globally. The band's new video shows Chris Martin recording a stripped-back version of "Everglow," a song from A Head Full Of Dreams. The video, which was directed by Ben Mor, also features an excerpt of Muhammad Ali speaking to a live studio audience in Newcastle upon Tyne, in 1977. It can be viewed here.
