(Radio.com) Bob Dylan may not be attending the Nobel Prize ceremony on Saturday but he will provide a speech, which will be read at the Nobel banquet on December 10 in Stockholm, Sweden. The official Twitter account for the Nobel Prize revealed the news early Monday morning (Dec. 5). Dylan's on-again off-again relationship with the Nobel Prize has been well documented with an acknowledgement on his website that was promptly taken down. Two weeks after the announcement of his prize, he broke his silence when he called the academy's secretary, Sara Danius, to thank her for the honor.'I appreciate the honor so much," he said.
