(Radio.com) Country music star Kenny Chesney took his 2016 Spread the Love Tour literally when he spread a little love at his last show in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

After spotting Kelly Swanson in the crowd, who is battling cancer, Chesney walked over to her. He grabbed her hand and sang the line "Every little thing is gonna be alright," from Bob Marley's "Three Little Birds," which he was covering at the time. Swanson had lost her hair from cancer treatments, and was wearing a baseball cap to cover her shorn head.

Chesney pulled her up onstage, removed her cap and his cowboy hat, and leaned in to touch their heads together. The two hugged, and Chesney blew her a kiss and rubbed her head before continuing on with the song.

On Facebook, Swanson shared a video her friend captured, and wrote, "It holds so much emotion for so many people near and dear to me as well as all those who are still fighting or have fought their battle with cancer. The outpouring of posts texts and messages proves that there is still a lot of good people in this world." Watch their moment here.
