Nirvana Gets The 'Stranger Things' Treatment From Teen Star
. ![]() (Radio.com) Finn Wolfhard (aka Mike Wheeler from Netflix's hit series Stranger Things) isn't only about searching for his missing buddy Will and protecting his new friend Eleven. It turns out, he's got some pretty decent guitar skills too. The young Canadian actor posted a brief 22-second clip on Twitter early Monday (August 14) playing a riff from Nirvana's 1992 single "Lithium." Wolfhard doesn't say anything in the video, but instead lets his fingers do the talking. "Early morning Lithium!" he wrote in the tweet. It's nice to see 13-year-old Vancouver native (who wears a Toronto Blue Jays t-shirt in the clip) harken back to the grunge rock sound rather than go with something more popular for his peer group. The kid clearly has great taste and a wealth of talent to boot. Watch here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com. advertisement |
