The Sword Unplug For 'Low Country' Album
. ![]() The Sword have put an acoustic spin on their 2015 hit album "High Country" and they will be releasing the results as a new album entitled "Low Country" on September 23rd. "Low Country", which was produced by bassist Bryan Richie and mixed by J. Robbins, will feature unplugged versions of the tracks from the "High Country" album. The group will be hitting the road in support of the effort with a combination of U.S. headline dates and a North American tour where they will be supporting Opeth. The Low Country Tour's headline dates begin on September 22nd in New Orleans, LA and will include stops in Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, Idaho, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico. Opeth's American tour is set to commence on September 29th in Pittsburgh, PA at Stage AE and will wrap up on October 26th in Vancouver, Canada at the Orpheum.
