(Radio.com) Blink-182 have announced that they will premiere the song "Bored to Death," this Thursday (April 28) on the Kevin & Bean morning show on Los Angeles radio station KROQ.

The band will join the morning show hosts in studio to play the song, which is the first single from their forthcoming album, and they will also reveal more about the album during the appearance during 7:00 a.m. hour (PT). Those outside Los Angeles can stream the broadcast at kroq.com/listen.

"I think any fan of Blink-182 is going to be ecstatic when they hear the music. I really do!," said Lisa Worden, KROQ Music Director after previewing the album. "It sounds like Blink-182 but it sounds like Blink in 2016. Lyrically it's clever."

Worden explained that of the songs she's heard, it's primarily Hoppus on vocals with Skiba adding harmonies. "As a fan of the band for the last 20 years, I was so happy with what I heard. It was the band I've loved all these years." Read more here.
