Alabama Announce Southern Drawl Tour

(Radio.com) The group with the most top-charting hits in country music, Alabama, will kick off its North American Southern Drawl Tour in grand style performing for three nights with 80-piece Nashville Symphony Orchestra, starting May 12.

The "family band," made up of Randy Owen (lead vocals, rhythm guitar) and his cousins Teddy Gentry (bass guitar, background vocals) and Jeff Cook (lead guitar, fiddle, keyboards), will cross the country in support of its newest album, Southern Drawl.

The Southern Drawl Tour is currently scheduled to wrap up on Oct. 8 in Fairfax, Va. Southern Drawl, is Alabama's first album of new songs since 2001. It includes 'Come Find Me," a collaboration with Alison Krauss, as well as the lead single "Wasn't Through Loving You Yet." See the dates here.
