The superstar filed suit against Feyonce, claiming "trademark infringement, unfair competition and trademark dilution, among a score of other statutory and common law violations," according to the BBC. The suit claims the word "Feyonce" itself hits too close to Beyonce's own trademarks and brand signatures.
