The celebrity gossip site reports that the new agreement includes a provision that Royalty's last name will officially be changed to Brown and he will receive 12 days of unsupervised visits with her each month.

According to the report, Brown will also pay Guzman $2,500 every month and be financially responsibly for his daughter's education, insurance, medical and childcare expenses.
