Pink Floyd Reunion Would Be Impossible Says David Gilmour
. In the interview, the former Pink Floyd singer and guitarist talked about why he will never, ever do a Pink Floyd reunion. Gilmour said he's been finished with Pink Floyd "for a long time" and that following Pink Floyd band mate Rick Wright's passing, it would be "impossible" to do a proper reunion. He added "there would be no great joy in it" for him if he did do a reunion at this point. Gilmour concluded that the group "ran its course in a wonderful way. I don't miss it." A song off Gilmour's solo album called "A Boat Lies Waiting" is actually a tribute to Wright, who passed away of cancer in 2008. Read more here.
