In the episode, Skaff and his girlfriend Paige head to a tattoo parlor so the guitarist can get some ink. Hiding the art as long as he can, Skaff gets the outline of the tat on his arm which reads "Will you marry me?" He shows his girlfriend, who at first doesn't seem to understand and then is clearly freaked out. Paige pauses for what must have felt like forever to Skaff before finally accepting his proposal.

Paige, who was born Saraya-Jade Bevis, said, "I think the engagement is a good thing I'm just happy that I have Kevin. He knows me well at least, so that's a good sign."
