. The two are accused of taking a camera from a paparazzi photographer in September of 2014. The last time they appeared in court, Suge held up a happy birthday sign to his son, to be seen on the courtroom's cameras. According to AP (via USA Today), Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ronald S.
