Ellen DeGeneres Parody Angers Nicki Minaj Fans

. (Radio.com) Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres parodied Nicki Minaj on The Ellen Show on Monday in a skit that has been called tasteless, damaging and even "a minstrel show."

In the video, which the show's official YouTube channel has since taken down, DeGeneres imagines what Nicki Minaj's upcoming sitcom would look like. The video, shot in the style of an '80s or '90s sitcom, shows a young Minaj and all of the members of her family (including the family dog) sporting gigantic butts. So gigantic, in fact, that they knock everything in the living room over.

Predictably, there's been a lot of negative response from social media about the video. Although the Ellen Show did not post the skit to YouTube, fans did, although they have since been taken due to a copyright claim from Time Warner. Read more here.
