Tour Manager Pleads Guilty in Lil Wayne Tour Bus Shooting Incident

According to a press release from the Cobb County DA's office, "Mr. Winfrey was indicted on 27 counts, including four counts of racketeering, eight counts of violation of Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, 12 counts of aggravated assault, two counts of criminal damage to property, and one count of possession of a firearm during commission of a felony." Winfrey has been sentenced to "20 years, with 10 years to serve in prison and the rest on probation." 'This defendant is a member of the Bloods street gang," Chief ADA Don Geary told the court this morning. 'We can prove he was in the Camaro. Whether he was alone, we don't know.
