After releasing the new song "End of the Day" on Monday, the group quickly followed it up with another track, this time penned by 1D member Louis Tomlinson.

Titled "Love You Goodbye," the song deals with an imminent breakup and the desire to share one more night together before saying goodbye. The tune is a melancholic one, laced with strings and a piano that softly lead into a big ballad buildup. "Even though it's over you should stay tonight/ If tomorrow you won't be mine/ Won't you give it to me one last time/ Oh, baby, let me love you goodbye," 1D sings.
