The project features Emily Dolan Davies on drums following the group's split last year with original sticksman Ed Graham. Last month, Davies left the band and The Darkness have brought in Rufus Taylor - son of Queen legend Roger Taylor - to handle drum duties.

"Last Of Our Kind" will be issued on limited edition color vinyl, CD and digital download. The Darkness will launch the album with a showcase concert at Dingwalls in London on June 3, followed by a series of UK festival appearances this summer and a full fall UK tour.
