(Radio.com) The Toronto Sun reports that a member of Drake's crew, Travis Savoury a.k.a. Baka, pleaded guilty to "assaulting a 22-year-old Toronto woman and failing to comply with his recognizance conditions for unrelated Brampton firearms charges, which were withdrawn earlier this year" and given six months in jail. The other charges against him were dropped.

The Sun reports the charges were dismissed because the alleged victim "didn't want to testify." Police were unable to subpoena her and compel her testimony because she moved, without making the court aware of her new address.

Drake's attorney confirmed that Savoury works for him in security and he is credited as providing backing vocals on his album Nothing Was the Same. Drake's reaction? He posted a celebratory Instagram when Savoury was released, having spent 10 months in custody awaiting the outcome of the case. Read more here.
