Keith Urban Tributes Famous 'Johns' in New Song
. (Radio.com) Last week Nashville's 2015 Country Radio Seminar, Keith Urban treated fans to more than they expected when he broke into a new song. The track, which is a kind of ode to famous Johns, has a particularly long title: 'John Cougar, John Deere and John 3:16." What Urban didn't share however was details about his impending followup to his 2013 album Fuse, and whether or not the new track would appear on it. But that's likely because he's still figuring it out. Just a few days ago, however, Urban confirmed that he was working on his next studio full-length. '[I'm] just starting work on the next record," the country singer said in an interview with The Boot. 'I'm sort of doing the preliminary work of figuring out what the next record is. It's reaching out and talking with people about working with them in the studio, different writers. It's just lots of ideas and tinkering right now." Check out the new song here.
