Alesso Releases 'Cool' Video
. (Radio.com) A couple weeks after premiering the Kylie Minogue-sampling "Cool," Alesso has now released a video for the single, which will appear on his still unannounced debut LP, along with previously released singles "Heroes (We Could Be)" and "Tear The Roof Up." The clip stars the DJ in full nerd garb, tracing some traditional and campy high school stereotypes (jocks, brains, school dances) with the kind of playfulness we've seen from everyone from Britney Spears to Taylor Swift. The video turns itself upside down when Alesso starts dancing over the Roy English vocals, overwhelmed by his attraction to his teacher, showing impressive abilities and a certain lack of self-consciousness that can't help but amuse.
