Bloomberg reports that TIDAL already struck similar deals with Universal and Warner, but after a failed investment with Sprint, they are finding themselves strapped for cash. Their cash problem, according to Bloomberg, could also have something to do with the 900,000 subscribers they claim they have, which probably only signed up for a trial run and did not sign up for a paid account.
