Taylor Swift Posts Birthday Tweets For Selena Gomez

. (Radio.com) It's a cliche that a picture is worth a thousand words. But cliches are cliches because they're true. But what if you get four pictures and, like, twenty words (in less than 140 characters), that's worth a lot. Add to that a pretty important retweet; all in all, Taylor Swift hooked Selena Gomez up pretty nicely for her birthday.

She tweeted, "Happy 23rd Birthday, @selenagomez. I can't believe it's been 7 years since we met!! I love you so much, always," was her message. Another one, however, was a retweet of a story about Gomez's upcoming album's title and release date (Revival, October 9).

Gomez, of course, is a huge star in her own right, boasting nearly 31 million followers on Twitter. Swift, however, almost doubles that number with 60.8. So, all told, that's a pretty big deal. See the full tweet with photo here.
