Russell Taylor, the former executive director of the Jared Foundation that was started by Fogle in 2004 with a mission to eliminate childhood obesity, was arrested in April of 2015 and charged with child exploitation, possession of child pornography and voyeurism. Authorities did not say if their sweep of Fogle's home now was related to that case.

Subway announced Tuesday afternoon they are suspending their relationship with Jared Fogle due to the investigation, but that Fogle "is cooperating with authorities."
