Demi Lovato Releases New Single 'Cool For The Summer'

. (Radio.com) Summer is officially in full swing and Demi Lovato is here to heat things up even more with her new song "Cool For the Summer." This dancefloor jam has Lovato talking about summer love, letting it be known in no uncertain terms that she just wants to have a little fun with you while the weather's nice.

On the track, set to be on her upcoming album, she sings, "I got my mind on your body/Got your body on my mind." But, shh, don't tell your mother. And maybe don't tell you mom how Lovato is celebrating its release either.

Lovato posted the following tweet to announce the new track "DANCING NAKED TO MY SONG #CoolForTheSummer- Demi Lovato (@ddlovato) July 01, 2015"

In an interview with 92.3 AMP in New York (a CBS Radio station), Lovato said the song has her moving into a more mature direction with her music. 'It's definitely a more grown-up song for me' It's definitely sexier, more mature," she said. "It's a summer anthem song." Listen to the new track here.
