Run the Jewels Release 'Lie, Cheat, Steal' Video

(Radio.com) Run the Jewels were recently transformed into comic book cover characters by Marvel, and the rap duo's penchant for animation is on display again, this time in their video for "Lie, Cheat, Steal," a standout from their 2014 album Run the Jewels 2. Directed by RUFFMERCY, the mind behind Disclosure's cartoon-inspired "F For You" video along with Lily Allen's "Sheezus," Danny Brown's "ODB" and Young Thug's "Old English," the video is a continuation of the cartoonish album artwork. It's got a fun house feel with Killer Mike andEl-P coming in and out of focus as they rap in a graffiti-emblazoned alley. Run the Jewels are still riding high off Run the Jewels 2, between dropping new videos, appearing on late night shows and speaking out about recent cases of police brutality through written word, shows, TV appearances.
