Chris Brown Victim Of Identity Theft?
. Controversial entertainer Chris Brown has reportedly been the victim of "identity theft" after someone got their hands on Brown's jail ID card and tried to sell it online, reports TMZ. This past week a person was attempting to sell Brown's jail ID from the San Bernardino County Jail online for $10,000. The card was created when he passed through the facility when he was being transported across the country in April of last year. Once Brown's attorney learned of the attempted sale, he reportedly contacted San Bernardino Sheriff's Department to investigate. Authorities have reportedly seized the ID card from the person who was trying to sell it, according to the report. Law enforcement sources told the site that they are investigating how the ID card was taken out of police custody and whether a crime was committed. Read the report here.
