Aerosmith Members Wants To Play Entire Classic Album Live
. (Gibson) At least one member of Aerosmith would relish the prospect of performing one of the band's classic albums in its entirety at a concert as a special treat to fans. "I've wanted to do that for a long time," says Brad Whitford, speaking recently to Gibson.com. "We attempted to do it once, but it didn't work out-the band didn't feel strongly enough about the way the audience was responding to it. But I think that idea might be worthy of a special treatment, maybe in smaller theaters around the country." Whitford went on to suggest the band could perform 1975's Toys in the Attic and 1976's Rocks back to back, playing the songs in the same sequence as they appear on the albums. "We could also bring in some of our favorite friends and artists to join us-someone like Slash, for instance," he added. "That would really be fun." Read more here.
