The Killers' Brandon Flowers Announces New Solo Album
. The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers has announced that he will be releasing his second solo album, which will be entitled "The Desired Effect," on May 18th. Flowers made the announcement to fans via his official website. He posted the following message, "On May 18th, 2015, we will finally achieve The Desired Effect." He went on to provide these details, "[Producer] Ariel [Rechtshaid] and I have been collaborating in the studio, working twogether [sic] in the spirit of conversation, contention, and at long last, sweet contrition. No one has yet seen or heard the change. But soon, we all will." Ariel Rechtshaid's writing and production credits include work with Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Usher, Calvin Harris, Charli XcX, Sky Ferreira, Vampire Weekend, Haim, Plain White T's, Snoop Lion and more, according to All Music "The Desired Effect" follows Flowers' 2010 debut solo album, "Flamingo."
