alt-J Release 'Pusher' Video
. (Radio.com) alt-J have released a music video for the track "Pusher". Their lead up to their second LP, This Is All Yours, saw a number of singles and videos, catapulting them to No. 4 on the Billboard 200 upon its release last year, and the No. 1 slot in the UK. But since, the band has been a little more quiet (which is often the case after an album comes out), and their new video for "Pusher" is a pleasant reminder of their recent album release, and the fact that the band will be back on the festival circuit in the spring, including an appearance at Coachella. The clip, directed by Thomas Rhazi, finds a man giving a mysterious (and French) speech in a field, while the camera pans in a circular motion. Strangeness abounds, including a quick glimpse at what appears to be a dead body in a car. As the camera closes in on the speaker, things take a pretty shocking turn. One Youtube user has translated the French to say "The truth, nor mercy, no pity, violence leads to murder after murder, we can't . We can't We..ARRRRG." Watch the video here.
