Imagine Dragons Release New Song 'The Unknown'
. (Radio.com) In step with this week's release of their new studio album Smoke + Mirrors, Imagine Dragons have released a new track on the universe entitled "The Unknown." On the track, singer Dan Reynolds croons that he'll continue crooning until you come back to him over the bombastic drumming of Daniel Platzman and squawking sounds. The GRAMMY-winning group has made their brand on eccentric rock/pop crossover, more dependent on drums and production than guitars. This song's melody is carried by a piano. "You could say we're a rock band, but there are certainly bands that have more guitar than usI think the most easy way to make it consumable for the public is to say we're a rock band," Reynolds said of the group's sound in an interview with Radio.com.
