Zakk Wylde Announces Black Label Society Unblackened Tour
. Zakk Wylde has announced that the Black Label Society will be hitting the road in North America this spring to launch a very special Unblackened Tour. Named after the Black Label Society's 2013 one-off performance at Club Nokia in Los Angeles where they stripped down and rearranged their songs and released it as a live album and DVD of the same name. Now Wylde is realizing his dream of taking the show to more fans across the U.S. He had this to say, "I always wanted to take Unblackened on the road, we just didn't have the time until now. "You can take a song that you've played thousands of times and rearrange it, and all of a sudden it's something totally fresh. The attitude of the songs doesn't change when we play them acoustically-the tunes are gritty regardless." The tour will be kicking off in Huntington, NY on April 3rd at The Paramount and will include stops in New Hampshire, New Jersey, Maryland, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Kansas, Colorado, Utah and California.
